Shipping Time -- Most orders will ship within 5-7 business days. All products are made to order. Orders are not processed or shipped on Saturdays or Sundays, except by prior arrangement.
Estimated delivery dates are not guaranteed, once item is received by the carrier we cannot control delivery.

Delays or fees caused by international customs.
Delivery delays caused by USPS, Royal Mail, UPS, FedEx or equivalent Couriers.
We are not responsible for Packages marked as "Delivered" in tracking.
Refunds will not be given because of a delay as a result of an incorrect address or any other reason out of our control.
